What did that title mean?  It’s simple, bottled, purified tap water.  What are we talking about?  To clean an innovative concept from the brains at Tapped New York. Tapped New York is a brand-new company that is bottling purified tap water straight from the New York water system.  They are doing this through the process of reverse osmosis.  They informed us while we were helping print custom t-shirts for their launch, that the majority of bottled water is actually good old-fashioned tap water.

Tap water???  That’s right.  You would know that from the commercials of crystal-clear water running down a European mountain range straight into a bottle that is distributed in a convenience store.  Turns out that we aren’t drinking water straight from the glacier after all.

Tapped’s transparent and honest marketing is just as refreshing as their water.  Now they have some cool printed T-shirts to prove it! Check out their website here and take a look at their promotional t-shirts with catchy taglines on the back:

Custom tanning t-shirts almost always have the same thing in common.  They are always in bright colors.  Most times it’s the t-shirt that is the brightest color, but sometimes it is the ink colors that are the loudest.  And occasionally it is a combination of both.  The reason for the bright colors usually has to do with how well they accent a tanned body.  Another thing that they usually have in common, and it makes complete sense is to have a tropical theme to it.

In this case, they chose to go with clip art that matched very well with the name of the tanning salon.  These printed T-shirts are high enough quality for the employees to wear and to be given out to customers.

For a t-shirt design to be cool, it doesn’t have to be complex.  A good font typed in a few different ways can be all that it takes to complete a great t-shirt design.  In this design we’re doing a few different things with a vintage font.  The top two words have a special text effect outline added to them and below it is the matching font without a fill.

Vincent was turning three and it was time to celebrate.  The cake had been ordered, the kids were invited, and the gifts were going to roll in.  Vince is my thought it would be cool to provide all of the kids coming to the birthday party with custom vintage t-shirts.  We not only thought it was cool, we thought it was very thoughtful too.  She asked us if we could provide a specialty vintage t-shirt for kids.  We found exactly what she was looking for in the alternative apparel youth destroyed t-shirts.  Different parts of the shirts were tattered and had tears.  It was only fitting that the lion design we printed had distressed filters on top of it.

To top it all off, we added a distressed number three on the back, in reference to Vincent’s new age.  By the time we were done with these custom birthday t-shirts they should have been sold in retail stores.
