We recently received a phone call from a potential customer saying that he had been getting the same custom trucker hats for the past seven years. He specifically one of the foam trucker hat screen printed with his company’s logo. The problem he was having was that his regular screen printing company declined to take his job this year for whatever reason. We told him we would be glad to help and he could even send us a picture of the current hats for us to reproduce.

Within a short amount of time he was able to e-mail us a digital image of existing printed trucker hats that he had. He wanted all of the details to be the same including the white/royal foam trucker hats, three printed colors, and all at a good price. Again, no problem at all.

Since we had to redo the artwork from scratch, it is important to send a final proof to our customer for approval:

While the artwork is being completed and the proof is going through approval, we always order the products to have them waiting so that all is left is printing. And to think… you probably didn’t realize we do stuff like this.
